Rehabilitation College Shimane (hereinafter referred to as "our school") is deeply aware of the importance of personal information protection, has established a personal information protection basic policy, and implements the following initiatives.

In addition, when providing personal information in a database to a third party, we will obtain the consent of the person in advance, except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations.

Management and protection of personal information

Our school recognizes the risks related to personal information (unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc.) and takes necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent them.
We will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over faculty and staff members as well as outsourcing contractors entrusted with the handling of personal information.

Disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. of personal information

Regarding the personal information stored in the database, if the person requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, etc. of the information according to the prescribed procedure, the school will respond promptly in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.

Our school complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information.
