Application for Graduation Certificate, etc.
When applying at the window
Please fill in the certificate issuance request form, attach the following ① and ②, and complete the application procedure at the office.
①Issuance fee (pay by cash or postage stamps)
・Graduation certificate 200 yen per copy
・Transcript 1 copy 500 yen
(2) Reply stamps worth 84 yen (94 yen if requesting 3 or more)
*Please bring identification documents such as a driver's license. The certificate will be returned the next day or later (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
When applying by mail
Please fill out items 1 to 9 below on a piece of writing paper, etc., and mail it along with ① and ② below.

3. Purpose of use
4. Name Furigana
5. Date of birth
6. Graduation date
7.Student ID number (if you are not sure, please make a note of that fact)
8. Graduation subject
9. Address, contact information (telephone number)

Family discount system
If you meet any of the following conditions and enter our school, the first semester school fee (usually 750,000 yen) for the first year will be reduced by 250,000 yen to 500,000 yen.
- If a sibling or spouse is enrolled at the school at the time of enrollment
- If a sibling or spouse has graduated from our school
- When the same family enters our school at the same time (one of them will be exempted)
